Push ups              A)  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Chin ups              B)   1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Ab mat sit ups     C)  10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1

Burpees              D)   1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10

Start with  A - 10 push ups, then go to B- 1 chin up, then C-10 Ab mat sit ups then D-1 Burpee, then repeat A,B,C,D till all sets 10 are complete .
