Alternate Air squats & Alt lunges for each round
1st team member runs 200m with sandbag, with 2nd team member completing as many air squat repetitions as possible. Then 2nd team member runs, while 1st team member completes air squats. Alternate air squats for alternating lunges. 5 rounds must be completed by each team member of the running.
Record the amount of Air squats and Alternating lunges by each team member for the 5 rounds to give a total score.
