Team Anzac Day WOD 

For A Time

Complete in teams of 3:

"Murph"

1600m Run

100 Pull ups

200 Push ups

300 squats

1600m Run

All team members run the 1600m together.  The reps can not be started until all team members have completed the run. Then split the reps up of 5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats for 20 rounds.  Only 1 team member working at 1 time. The last run must also be completed by all team members with total time being the final team member crossing the line.

Awesome effort today everyone.  Walter & I are very proud !!  The team support was incredible.  BBQ Breaky afterwards ........(The Chefs) Walter ... the 20 tomatoes, 40 eggs & 2.5kg of bacon was awesome & Waldo the 4kg of sausages you cooked was yummo.  Thank you both for the excellent feed after "Murph" .... our bodies totally needed it !!
