 3 x 10 Side to side plank push-ups with battle ram

 ..... 10 X sit ups then balance of min rest in between sets

3 x 10 Assisted shoulder stand

..... 200m Run then balance of min rest in between sets

 3 x 10 Jump throughs

 ..... 15 Hollow rocks then balance of min rest in between sets

 3 x 10 Assisted inverted press

 ..... 20 Starfish (10L/10R) then balance of min rest in between sets

 3 x 10 Swing set

..... 15 Leg raises then balance of min rest in between sets

3 x 10 Dips

..... 1 Minute plank hold in between sets

eg .. After completing 10 Side to side plank push-ups with battle ram, set the stop watch for 1 min ... complete 10 X sit ups then balance of min rest. Then complete your second set of 10 Side to side plank push-ups with battle ram, set the stop watch for 1 min ... complete 10 X sit ups then balance of min rest. Then your third set etc ... Next move onto 10 Assisted shoulder stand, set the stop watch for 1 min ... complete 200m run then balance of min rest. etc until you have completed all the sets listed.
