 30 – Ball 2 Shoulder 45/35kg
 30 – Push Press 42.5/30
 30 – Power Snatch 42.5/30
 30 – OH Plate Lunges 20/15kg
 30 – BallSlams 15/10kg

Athletes working against a running 2 min clock with 8 Burpees performed every 2 mins on the 2 mins.
In the remaining time complete as much work as possible… chipper style
