I have been participating in fitness for the past 20 years, involving Martial arts, Kettlebells, Olympic weight lifting, Power Lifting, Yoga, Swimming and Body weight exercises. I completed my Cert III & IV in fitness in 2008 & 2009. Started working in the Fitness industry as a personal trainer and a Group fitness instructor for Boxing, Boot camp and Kettlebells. In 2009 I was first introduced to CrossFit on the web while I was searching for fitness articles while I was completing my Cert IV in fitness. I was so intrigued by how much information was on the CrossFit web site, after some reading and watching a few demo videos, I decided, I had to give a WOD a go. Since then I have become addicted to CrossFit.

To me it is more a way of life, then a daily exercise program at a gym. I enjoy the unknown challenge of the workout of the day. The timed workouts and the tasked workouts, all have their own challenges. The way you have to learn to manage yourself through the different workouts, so you are able to finish them .

My backrground has been a Financial Controller, Office Manager and Accounting.  I have been involved in fitness for the past 22 years.  Since discovering CrossFit with my husband (Walter Fisler), I have developed an obsession with CrossFit, and the sense of achivement I have gained from this style of training.  It has transformed my physic and made me fitter, stronger and more confident in my own skin.  Having felt this way, I am passionate to share this with others.
